Description:
King University seeks an Area Coordinator (AC) in the Residence Life Department. Reporting to the Coordinator of Residence Life, the AC position is a live-in, professional position responsible for the administration of residence halls and related duties in support of the Residence Life Program. The AC establishes and maintains a living-learning environment conducive to personal growth and academic achievement. In addition to salary, an apartment, utilities, cell phone, and full meal plan are included. Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated sensitivity to students from diverse socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, and disability backgrounds. Previous residence hall experience with a concentration on programming is preferred. Candidates should be well organized, capable of managing detailed operations, and willing to develop and maintain a teamwork atmosphere within the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have and be able to articulate a personal faith in the Lordship of Jesus Christ and support the mission of King University.
