Young Conaway is seeking mid-level associates to join its expanding intellectual property litigation practice.
Associates will provide a broad range of intellectual property and trademark enforcement services to national and international corporate clients before Delaware’s federal and state courts. Ideal candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation including motion practice, oral advocacy and eDiscovery. Candidates do not need to be patent bar eligible, but should have a demonstrated interest in intellectual property litigation. Delaware bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered.
