Busy, successful body shop recruiting for an Assistant Manager to eventually take over the Body Shop Manager position when current manager retires. This is a great transition position for someone who has been looking to step up in to a management position. Shop is booked solid, has large DRP accounts and a full staff of auto body techs, painters, etc. To qualify, candidate must have a minimum of 5 years as an estimator writing $175,000 to $250,000 per month in sold business. Prefer I-CAR certification and proficiency with CCC One or equivalent. Training and guidance will be provided during the transition period so on day one as the new manager, this person will be 100% up and running, ready to take over. Apply Now.
