AMS is currently looking for a talented individual to work as a Quality Assurance Specialist supporting our Tier 1 Investment Banking client in New York, New York.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will
support our Recruitment Onboarding team by carrying out validation of all documents and data as required by the process against AMS and Client specific compliance standards.
In this role you will:

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay concentrated for long period of time
Proven track record of above average performance, analytical skills and a curious mind
Knowledge of RPO processes
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and a high level of accountability
Resistance to stress, high self-confidence and a professional communication style
Analytical and curious mind
Ability to remain objective when presenting audit findings, sometimes in situations where the audit findings may be emotive
