Candidate will be: Screening calls from potential clients; assisting supervising attorneys on assigned projects and caseload; witness interviews,research, and substantive work-up of complex litigation cases; drafting motions and supporting memoranda; preparing and responding to discovery; writing demand letters, mediation briefs, and handling ex-parte motions; working up, negotiating, and litigating personal injury cases; and traveling between the offices on case assignments.Applicants must possess the following at the time of their application: license to practice law in Washington; ability to work effectively on a team under the supervision of senior attorneys while managing a personal caseload; a strong work ethic; strong communication skills, both oral and written; attention to detail; strong organization skills; and a deep passion and commitment to advocating for the injured against difficult odds.
