Duties

• Manage estate planning and probate cases from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
• Advise clients on asset protection and tax planning strategies.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate.
• Board certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law preferred or willingness to obtain within 3 years.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Ability to meet annual billing expectations of 1350 - 1650 hours.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law (preferred).
