Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive, persuasive legal writing.
• Represent clients at hearings and depositions.
• Take an active role in second or third-chairing trials.
• Demonstrate strong writing abilities and work towards developing superior skills.
• Collaborate with the legal team to build effective strategies for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 1-4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (Required).
