Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm seeks a highly skilled Litigation Associate Attorney for its Indiana office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in various areas, including professional liability, employment law, medical malpractice, and general casualty defense.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience in professional liability, employment law, medical malpractice, and casualty defense.
• Indiana bar admission is required; Illinois and/or Wisconsin bar admission is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Indiana.
