Duties

• Conduct legal research and provide client advice on employment issues.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of litigation experience; labor and employment experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to analyze complex documents and legal issues.

• Strong judgment and effective client and colleague collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and solve problems creatively.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
