Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar; additional admissions in other jurisdictions are a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience practicing law, focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws, including Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Exceptional academic credentials, demonstrating a solid academic record.
• Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
