• Provide consultation to trial teams regarding preservation of issues and strategic planning
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex matters
• Monitor relevant developments in appellate law and procedure

Requirements

• 18 years of experience in appellate litigation
• Strong record of handling appeals in state and/or federal courts
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to present compelling oral arguments
• Capacity to handle complex legal issues and manage multiple matters
• Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and legal teams

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing
