Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience working with public school districts or other public agencies.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws, including employee rights and compliance issues.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with a focus on client outcomes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
